Villa Magdalena is available at the following rates



Standard rates:

• €350 per night based on 6 guests occupancy, each additional person €70 per night

• Minimum stay 4 nights

• Discount for 7 or more nights 20% (available only outside peak season June-August)

Mandatory final cleaning fee - €300. Additional cleaning available per request at the same rate

All utilities are included in the price. Bed linens are bath towels are provided.



Check-in after 5pm on arrival date. Check-out by 10am on departure date.



Changeover in July and August only on Saturdays.

A security deposit of € 500 (for covering possible damages to the property) is collected at arrival and returned at departure.

Payments via bank transfers or credit cards (with 5% PayPal fee) - 30% of the total rental fee is due upon booking. The remaining 70% is due 4 weeks prior to the arrival.
